Every photograph begins with a restlessness…

A need to feel part of the natural world; to leave behind home comforts, and instead, to walk on wind-swept headlands, shelter beneath towering pines, or stand upon the shoulders of mountains.

I am a nature and landscape photographer living in western Norway. I shoot what I see, from a grand vista to a tiny wildflower and anything in between - and, sometimes, when the elements align, the captured light can be crafted into a piece of art.
