I create fine art nature and landscapes, sometimes capturing the big views, but more often, walking the paths less trodden, searching for beauty and light in tucked away places.
I strive to create natural looking images that truly reflect what l see the moment the shutter is triggered. Like all digital photographers, I use software to develop and process images, but I strive to edit with a light touch.
Conditions need not be perfect, nor locations spectacular. In fact, often the greatest satisfaction comes from a snatched image when an unexpected change of light reveals a stunning beauty in the ordinary; a tree suddenly backlit, a cloud silver-lined or a landscape transformed when a sea fog rolls in on a sunny evening.
